We reached out to Clare in Sept 2022 for assistance on agreement 173. Clare was polite and explained that this is something she does everyday and happy to assist. We had confidence that things were getting done. However, this week I was advised report had been submitted for council to review and she would follow up and call me back. Had no returned phone call. No response to my texts or phone calls. Called council myself and spoke to three different staff who all said no such report has been submitted. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend this company. No updates at all given. Very unprofessional.
