Hands down best butcher in the Shire!

Top shelf meat, easily the best butcher I've seen in Sydney.Dry aged and waygu cuts are outstanding and the beef short rib is as good as you can get.The staff are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to give great tips for a smoke up or grilling.They make their own rubs and have a nice selection of marinades and sauces.So greatful they are in the shire.

These guys prepare the best quality products and are very knowledgeable about what they are selling. They are only too willing to prepare special orders and provide input into how to prepare the various cuts on offer.Great service and a great local business.

These guys just keep getting better and better. All their products are just so excellent in quality and curated so well that it’s impossible to keep to a budget! I recently bought a large slab of their scotch fillet to roast and hands down it was the best meat I have ever eaten. And I’ve eaten at some great restaurants. So if we could cook great meat with our limited skills and tools of trade, then you know the raw materials you are using are incredible. They offer such a fabulous variety of meat, cured meats, meals, and accoutrements that you just want to try everything. Duck salami, line caught snapper, cheese, wines, house made condiments, and these authentic corn tortillas that don’t sit like stone in my stomach. I could go on… Go there, spend big and have fun. You’ll be glad you did. PS the team are fabulous, love what they do and love food.

Absolutely outstanding selection of quality meats!

I purchased lge BBQ mix and bulk family pack. We have had the kebabs, new York steak and tonight chicken snitty. All absolutely beautiful. I am not a big red meat eater and I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a steak like that. Fruit and veg box great as well. Thanks guys

Being a big family on a tight budget we didn't visit Mountain Valley Meats very often because we thought all meat was 'the same' (big mistake). But I thought I'd give it a go one night looking for something better to make the fam...Chose some aged sirloin...1st question from my wife was 'how much'...my reply - 'just taste it!' Cost vs Value. We have stopped buying meat from anywhere else as we'd much rather eat and feed our family what is clearly a better and a better value for money product.
