Not impressed by the customer service here. I'm younger than the average quilter and I was made to feel as if I didn't know anything - I was asked several times if I was definitely sure" my machine took plastic bobbins instead of metal. Condescending staff member made me feel very small."

The ladies were extremely rude and very judgy because of my beginning sewing experience. Cost $100 for a simple service and took about 2 months when the wait was expected to be 2 weeks. Do not reccomend.

Disgusting service, rude staff, told they didn’t want my business because I wasn’t willing to pay the “new price” of an overlocker for a service. Told to have a nice day after they laughed us out of the store for enquiring about sewing machine needles. That’s the second time I’ve been disgusted in their service. You deserve to fail in business. I run a business and I can guarantee I would never make my customers feel as little as you made me feel. HAVE A NICE DAY!!.... I hope that makes you feel better, it certainly meant nothing to me when you said it after being so disrespectful!
