If I could rate them 10 stars I would, they managed to supply and install a new system within the week, looking forward to seeing those power bills fall!

Would never recommend. Didn't come when said they would, broke roof tiles when installing, didn't place where I wanted at same site as the original, and charge like wounded bull for so called services without an itemised account after only 3 years. 1st service $385.00 Told next to be a big service $$$. Would have been way better off with an instantaneous heater for hot water, way cheaper all round and less hassle.

I rang for a quote, they insisted on sending someone out. I never received the quote but received a $220 call out invoice. Appalling behavior. Avoid.

Solar Hot Water Repairs
AVOID at all costs, overpriced and unprofessional. I wanted some advice on a potential problem with a new system they had installed. No phone call ever came just a huge bill for work they claimed to have done. Checked with the manufacturer of the system who was also very surprised by their actions.Extremely rude office staff hang up on you when trying to get clarification!
