I have been with BPF for over 6 months. I have not been to a gym since in my early 20s (many, many years ago). Our coach is one of a kind, inspirational and passionate about assisting us to reach our goals and more. Person centric. I highly recommend BPF.

Have been coming to BPF for over 2 years now, everyone is super friendly and supportive of one another. Naomi is a great coach, she pushes you but still makes you want to come back for more.

Have been a member of BPF for over a year now. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to improve their fitness. Naomi is super friendly and helpful and makes you feel welcome. The classes are different each day so never boring. I leave feeling great.

Very new to Body Positive Fitness. But anyone hanging off and wondering should they contact Naomi, do it!!Naomi is so easy to communicate with and is very supportive. I love her flexibility with memberships and her class time options to fit around work and family, there is no excuse not to fit a session in. The studio itself is very equipped and Naomi runs the classes very well with demonstration and advice on how to complete the exercise.So far loving the vibe, support and flexibility of her set up in all aspects of what Naomi has to offer.

Body Positive Fitness
This gym has brought a positive change to my life. In just 3 weeks I'm seeing huge improvements - in my fitness, my motivation, weight loss and better sleep. BPF is a whole community of support as well as somewhere to get your sweat on. Great diversity in types of classes and times to suit all people throughout the week. Knowledgeable Coach who cares about the types of training and the people. Highly recommend.
