Good spot for fast food. I pick it up in the drive through and eat it in the car park. Then I get back on the road. There are no vegetarians or vegan options that I saw as this menu is based on chicken. You do receive balsa wood cutlery but it's easier to eat with fingers. Hopefully you have Clem up items in the car because the paper napkins provided are unlikely to cut it.

I like the brined quarter chicken but milady thought it was too salty[later reply to manager - thanks but outta my zone - I only came there after visiting the Art Gallery over the road - I hadn't been to a Red Rooster in maybe 10 years - I remembered liking the taste - I like salty, my partner does not - and I don't expect to be passing in the foreseeable - but hey your drive thru seemed busy so keep up the good work I guess!]

Was given the wrong thing so I went and asked for a refund as I didn’t have time to wait for more food. I explained I have a one year old and my sick wife in the car waiting and I needed to be quick I was extremely polite. After 20 mins and a call to there manager was given 8 dollars back the meal was 20 I gave all the food back untouched. This is illegal and looks like it’s been happening to a few people. I ended up walking out with no food no money as I won’t accept 8 dollars when they made the mistake. Stay away from this horrible place

Most incompetent staff have ever been seen at this store. No team work co ordination delivery takes ages to get delivered just because of their poor customer service skills. Won't recommend them

Every time I have been to this store, there has always been issues. They take too long to serve you in store because they constantly prioritise drive through than taking your order. Today I ordered through their app and had my order cancelled. Called them and then they directed me to contact door dash who then directed me back to the store.Waste of time going here and will never be back

Chicken is usually on point.Chips is either to die for or off game.Don't touch the burgers.Bun disintegrated around the spicy tenderloins.Th sub snack was served with no lettuce. When I queried it. I was apologised to. Thought I'd order it again on a different day, bun was stale almost stone.Like I said, chicken is good.

Every red rooster is great but this one. The food here is not fresh. Everything in my satisfryer meal taste like it had been sitting there for more than half an hour. Disgusting.

Ordered 6 pieces of fried chicken online. Waited an hour to be told I'd still have to wait.Asked for a refund after 45 mins. Waited at the counter being ignored until the girl serving needed me to move so she could serve others.Requested to talk to someone, and they sent me a 'manager' who told me I needed to refund it myself but she didn't know how. She walked off. After looking through the app I asked for her to come back. She then went to ask her boss - came back and told me they do it, but it will take 2-ish business days.Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Avoid ordering in restaurant or picking up online orders...Service is VERY SLOW... they don't know how to read or just ignore the added notes...
