This is a great store. They are my go to for both Pets and Supplies. They ensure the animals are all taken care of, and are very knowledgeable. The staff are very friendly and do everything they can to help. Always happy to stop by and have a look around the store on my way home.

Such a friendly group of staff, everything you could think of you'd need from salt water aquariums to Macaws! It has a lot of everything sometimes we go just to look at the fish. Who always seem to be so happy and healthy. And the birds aren't looking stressed at all which is so nice to see in a pet store. And prices are super good as well.Well worth a visit.

Was very upset,staff need better training on how to care for the animals they have, female guinea pig was in the with males took her home cause they wouldn't separate her, as I suspected she was pregnant.. rats in tanks... they should have more ventilation than a small box.. and baby bearded dragons were left alone with live crickets in their enclosure... not to mention everything being so overpriced.. I love to browse but I'll buy my pet needs online unless desperate

I was absolutely disgusted on how the bearded dragons were kept very poor conditions. Just to list a couple of the things I found as a reptile keeper I found horrifying the 95% of the poor baby’s had MBD, their food was far too big for their little mouths, lighting was bad. I will point out that they did have climbing enrichment and a hide. As being someone from out of town I was excited to come here and my visit ruined my whole day. If I had the resources I would have taken them all. :(
