Good range of tiles. Staff were friendly, organised and efficient ... the store was quite busy on the Saturday. And took a little time before someone was free to help us. But very quick process once we had someone.

We did our new house tiles selection here with the builder. Plenty of options to choose from. Friendly staff with knowledge. We went back to get tiles for our Alfresco and Porch. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, great selection of tiles and they checked the tiles we selected were actually available. Ordered and organised in one transaction. Also helped with a good price, delivery and having tiles prepared for stairs.

Very good range of tiles. Very competitive prices - Jacoba Tiles provided a better price than several other tiles stores that we went to for the same (or similar) tiles. Staff were always friendly and very help, and they were very patient with us. Saturdays are very busy, but once you are attended by a staff member, they give you their undivided attention.In the end, the tiles for our new build were all sourced from Jacoba and it was a very smooth process.I would highly recommend Jacoba Tiles, we have had a very positive experience with them.

Looking around for just a few small tiles to go around the outside of a table frame, tried a few places no luck, but got referred to Jacoba Tiles from another tile shop. Very happy, they have great stock on hand, and definitely worth a visit, great show room of all the tiles you would ever want, very helpful and pleasant staff and happy with prices. Really recommend going there if doing any home improvements and need tiles, especially after lockdown watching all the home improvement shows, lots of nice tiles for bathrooms, kitchens and outside.
