Waterford 7 Day Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic

This is the the worst clinic I've ever been in, we booked an appointment for my sick daughter for 10:30 as we couldn't get in with our regular GP, and they told us to come in 10 mins earlier to fill out paperwork. So we did from 10:30 we waited then 2 hours later still waiting asking the reception how much longer now and the response was oh not much longer now" yet 2 and half hours later still waiting. This is joke so me and my husband and my sick daughter just walked out instead. This clinic is so unorganised and so bad. I would never recommend it to anyone else. Just the worst clinic ever. If someone is dying I reckon they will die while waiting for a DR."

Booked for booster appointment for 4pm at 4.20pm went and asked how much longer advised that they had just opened the vaccination clinic and there was about 6 people in front of us people who came in after for a later appointment than us kept getting called when we were the only people left they still come out and called other patients names. So unorganised finally at 5pm we got seen after filling in the online forms we still had to sit there and do it all again the doctor had to leave the room at least 3 times to get this or that. Very very poor service would not recommend at all.

Rude reception female, discriminated against my husband as he is a smoker with a cough. RAT test shown to her is negative and she stated it’s invalid, I work in healthcare at the hospital and can clearly see it is negative. Told to sit outside and wait despite the negative test.Absolutely disgraceful

Really liked this medical centre a few years ago but now waiting times are 45 mins to an 1hr well in my experience! And do not recommend dr Lee as he was very rude in my last appointment I had with him about my social anxiety. I told him that it's affecting me at work and he said stop thinking like that and that there's others out there who have it worse" which led to more anxiety and went on to say "you have to fix it or your gonna end up killing yourself" was really aggressive and since I lost all respect for Lee after that and is the last time I will be going there!!"

I was reluctant to see a new doctor coz I'm always left disappointed with the care and service, but I didn't have any other options so I visited the Waterford 7 Day clinic and met with Dr Tasawar Aslam. As expected, he was one of The Worst doctors I've ever met. Clearly did not care, was condescending and didn't even listen to me. Waste of my time and never going in there again. Honestly, just becoz someone has a qualification to be a doctor does not mean they are a doctor. A real doctor IMO is understanding, cares for people, has empathy and wants to actually help people, not rush them out of the clinic. So over these Fake Doctors" if I could give zero stars

Booked an appointment at 10:30am and it's now 12pm. Not happy at all. If they were all booked out for the day they should've said so. Got my daughter here waiting, crook as a dog and people that have only been here for like 20mins are going in before us. NEVER COME HERE People. Not worth it at all

My family have been attending this clinic since it opened in 2005 and I would not consier going anywhere else despite having moved from the immediate service zone of the clinic over 5 years ago. The doctors are friendly and care for their patients. Granted, over the years, on a few occasions, I have had to wait longer than expected to see my appointed doctor but this would happen at any clinic. I have witnessed some patients in the waiting area who seem to think they are privileged and have the right to be attended to immediately rather than wait for their alloted consultation. I am certain the clinic doesn't put patients ahead of others in the queue so it is disappointing to see reviews where people vent their personal frustrations on the clinic and, in particular, on the receptionists . If you really have an issue with the service, go elsewhere. If you are really desperate, the Logan Hospital Emergency Department is not all that far away. If you go there, you may have more justification to whinge and carry on both in public and online about the waiting time and lack of compassion you are shown.

What is the point of a booking system if your patients are waiting an hr plus before they get seen too.Patients who had booking times after mine were seen to ahead of myself.Your checking everyone has checked in and had their vaccination, wouldnt it also be pertertinent to get people in and out and not sitting around.Staff are nice but seriously need to do better on their administration.

The lowest effort appointment I've had in my entire life. Just wanted me in for 90s to type up a note, print out a doctor certificate, take some ibuprofen goodbye. Easy bulk bill $$$sWhen you've been to the doctors already, have multiple days off work and are in so much pain you can barely wear the face mask, I needed an ounce of attention, care, professionalism and some actual treatment would've been appreciated too.

Admin just cant get its act together, Booked a phone appointment for 10.20 and told the girl the doc must ring the home phone as there is no mobile service where i am, waited 2 hours then rang them to be told he is running late. Waited till 5.30 and rang them again to be told he rang me a few times, i asked what number, she read out my mobile number. I thought you got to be kidding me, i explained to the girl the day before... HOME PHONE... nobody cares anymore. Wasted my whole day waiting for this phone call.
