My scooter was delivered to our unit by Brendan, and I cannot speak highly enough of his personality, patience when showing my wife and I all the bits and pieces on the scooter, and most importantly, he was an excellent communicator. Active Mobility Scooters
I have recently dealt with Active Scooters regarding transporting an existing scooter bought from them 5 years ago, they kindly agreed to pick up, service, then use their known couriers to transport it to Victoria so a loved one would be able to have some mobility. It removed the angst from my life and happily arrived safely and now has a new home. My Thanks to John and Connie for their help.Diane B ( Qld)

My dad is really happy with his mobility scooter from Active Mobility Scooters. John was extremely helpful and followed up with us, even bringing a scooter out to the Gold Coast to try out. We were concerned about a steep hill and driveway but this little beauty has exceeded our expectations!

Paul was very organised and made it very easy for us. He met us at my mother's house with different scooters for her to try. He had all the information we needed about road rules, maintenance and registrations. The whole experience was so easy. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend Active Scooters. I did a lot of research in looking for the right mobility scooter for my needs. I found Active Scooters the best.Connie and Paul were extremely helpful in helping me decide the best portable and comfortable scooter. And their price was the best.I love my Solar Charge. In the few weeks Ive had it Ive been to shopping centres, parks and even taken it on the train.

Active Mobility Scooters
I have not had an opportunity to visit my parents to observe their progress with the scooters. I have however spoken with them and they are happy with them. Already my Dad has been on a marathon trip over most surfaces. His long trips have other benefits not foreseen. Sometimes old people can be in each other's company more than they each want. My Mum is thankful for the times when my father is out on his scooter as it give her a break from the role of carer. They are bith able to take the dog for more and longer walks. So all good at this stage.
