I purchased a Tissot automatic watch in Singapore which kept gaining time. A local watchmaker told me that nothing could be done to rectify the problem. Took it into Mr Sintic who tested the watch and carried out the necessary adjustments. These people know what they are talking abut and are obviously very passionate about the business they are in. I would recommend them 100% to anybody.

This husband and wife team are amazing. Theu are friendly, helpful and a delight to deal with. They are not always the fastest, but they do great work and have helped me get a few things working over the last couple of years. I just wish that the big Swiss brands would stop their restriction of trade in denying them access to parts. SUrely this is illegal these days?

V&E Sintic watch repair are great. Although I had a problem when I called to check on progress, & they didn't know what or where my watch was, (which freaked me out!!) I finally (after just under 3 months) got watch back.This being said; they are lovely people and have that endearing quality with their customers.I thoroughly recommend them to all. (Just remember with the way things are these days, everything takes time. ✨️
