Trucks and trailers dirty and well used, inside office badly organised with different entrances and severe lack of signage and direction leading to bad work flow, washbay not enclosed, many staff very new at their jobs and not properly trained, considering the size of the company the depot is relatively small, trailer locations out back surprisingly not concreted. A decent training officer, some reorganisation of the office layout to increase workload and changing your very outdated software could make things alot more organised, productive and professional.

One of these trucks drove past my car - squirted out hydraulic oil ALL OVER the interior, exterior and all over my clothes. Worst part is that the staff I contacted never apologised or took responsibility, they said “it’s not something you should be worried about, probably not good for your skin but you should be right”. Their lack of apology suggested they think that it’s perfectly normal to have your car and clothes covered in oil from a passing truck. Honestly mind blowing amount of arrogance from the staff.

Today 12-9-22 on port wakefield road approaching Bolivar road intersection at about 10.25 am, one of your drivers decided to change lanes at the last minute without indicating or slowing down. He obviously wasn't looking because he almost caused me to crash. I was able to quickly move into a left turn only lane and avoid getting hit. Fortunately there was nobody in that lane. He could have caused a lot of carnage. rego number is 73891-S, trailer number T431

Working on port expressway on night shift & there is a lunatic driver rego igy 663 doing 70kms + through our contra flow. With complete disregard for the saftey of onsite workers or fellow road users . Should be sacked immediately.
