MyCoastline Accommodation and Holiday Rentals Portsea, Sorrento, Blairgowrie and Rye - Mornington Peninsula

Just spent a long awaited girls weekend on the Mornington Peninsula, the weather wasn’t that great although the property was. MyCoastline ensured the spa was on for our arrival, they turned on the ducted heating and fireplace and the views were great. We cannot fault the service from start to finish. Thank you so much and we will be returning.

We cannot recommend MyCoastline Accommodation highly enough, the property we rented was as described, spotless on arrival and during our stay responded promptly to all our questions. We have used other agencies over the past years but now have found the only holiday rental provider on the Mornington Peninsula for us. Luke

Recently stayed at a Sorrento property and MyCoastline services were exceptional, communication was prompt, was offered early arrival and late checkout. House was clean and described perfectly. Well done, we will be back.GC

We had completed a group booking involving half of our payment (approximately $1500), therefore our rental for the property was CONFIRMED. We had received full confirmation emails & the dates were booked out on STAYZ for our group. We had also received identification numbers for our rental.Yet our group awoke to an email explaining that the owners did not agree on the acceptance in our stay. We had already been confirmed in our stay & this was a sudden pathetic change in mind.Needless to say this is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant and infuriating - especially with the involvement of money.We then asked for assistance over the phone in search for another property to which was rudely denied & involved a sudden ending of the phone call; as I quote “there’s nothing more I can do. Have a nice day”. To where she hung up. An extreme lack of empathy and display of true characteristic towards very appreciative, communicative & mature customers.
