I can't say enough great things about this gym. I'm visiting from the US for 2 months and I was very welcomed by Shane (the owner). Despite my short stay, he has spent so much time with me trying to help minimize my back pain. He will completely modify workouts to fit your individual needs. I am so glad I found this gym so close to where we are staying.

The best place I have ever trained at!!!Crossfit HF is a terrific place. The team are super patient and understanding and will accommodate you and your needs.I have always been interested in Crossfit but I was a bit apprehensive about starting but Crossfit HF made it so easy to transition to that way of training.I can not recommend them enough. Thanks for all you do guys!!

Honestly the best gym iv been too, great atmosphere great people and enthusiastic encouraging environment definitely is the peoples gym Shane and Chole are just great and supportive throughout my fitness journey!
