Barry plan. The blond chicken value my house at 1.5 m. The blond chicken say if I get 1.520.000$ will be very good price to sell it. I took buxton Mt Waverley, the sell it for 2.000.000$. Buxton are professional. To the blond chicken think peoples are stupid. Simple Barry plan are SCAMERS and fraud peoples .

Ernest Lee (my real estate agent) and Mario Munafo's service from Barry Plant Mt Waverley is second to none. I can still remember that was a Sunday and it's the only time our whole family can be together to inspect the property we want to purchase. That helped us a lot and we purchased the property at the end.After the auction, the communication through previous owner by Ernest and Mario also great, they kept us inform all the time.If I need to buy or sell a property next time, I will simply just ask for Ernest and Mario's help. We paid a little more than expected although felt that Christopher was really accommodating and understanding throughout the purchase process.
