Fluid Pilates
Donna is an excellent teacher. I am new to reformer Pilates, and I have found her instructions to be clear and responsive to my level of ability. She is able to modify the activity and rephrase the instructions so that I am learning how to capitalise on what this approach offers. After only three visits I was feeling stronger and straighter!
