Booked in vehicle for full detail- exterior, interior, engine bay and machine polish ($240). Upon collecting my vehicle I noted that there were still some marks on the bonnet that needed to be buffed out, the response I received was that if the machine cannot get it out, it won’t come out. I requested they give it another go as I wasn’t convinced.. needless to say they did not and I said I was going to try polish it out and if I did I would be reviewing my experience. True to my word- here it is. As I got them all out in less than 5 minutes by hand..

I booked online however when I arrived I was not expected. The service I ordered was not done, and the 'wash' he did do was appalling. I had to go home and rewash myself. Do not use this business.

Have taken 2 cars there and both times were told that it would cost extra because my csr was “extra dirty”. Both times I pressure washed my car outside to remove excess dust before going. My cars were not “extra dirty”, the man wanted to charge me $100 both times for a wash and vaccuum instead of the price of $70 for my SUV and $75 for my 4wd as I had booked online, which already included extra for a wash that included “mud, bug and sand removal”. I find this very dishonest behaviour and be prepared before you go that this is what you will happen.

Extremely quick and thorough clean of full inside interior and carpets as well as polish wax/clean on exterior of vehicle. Would recommend

Booked online so the day runs smoothly arrived at open time. None on site waited till after agrees booked time still no show.Called the number office open Monday to Friday.Will never use this service again.

Went there the other day place has closed down could not find it at all .if they were there was very hard to find all that I could see was night quarter if they were open was very hard to find
