I can only strongly recommend the Property One Holiday Rental Team who have looked after our House at Callala Bay for the last 5 years.Antonia and Morgan bring both a very personal and professional level of service, and are always there at such busy peak periods to respond to any of the various Tenants' questions or any special requirements arising.

We had to leave on the second morning after arrival because a light rain shower caused leakage from the light bulbs in the bathroom and the ceiling in the bedroom. The property was unreachable as they hadn't provided their mobile number on the website, answering machine or in the email. They are currently refusing to reimburse the full cost of the accommodation. We wasted $150 in petrol and four days of work leave. They claim to have gotten the storm damage fixed five days prior but are now refusing to show any evidence that they employed a professional. It honestly looks like they just bought some plaster filler and tried to cover over it. It was also just a very underwhelming property. They watered down the handsoap, had no dvd player as advertised, no wifi, and the place smelt kind of dank. They were also extremely rude when I spoke to them on the phone about the issue.

I have stayed in many holiday homes with Property One and I have always found the staff extremely helpful, the properties have presented in a clean and tidy manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

I have worked with Property One Callala on multiple occasions, throughout my time visiting and living on the South Coast. I used them for holiday rentals and later sold with them. I have found the employees at Property One to be very knowledgeable in their field, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend the girls at Property One to get the job done.
