Over te past 4 months our beloved princess - Alicia was cared for by the wonderful staff - Alicia lost her battle with cancer on Friday 12th May 2017. Jill, David & I cannot express our thanks to the magnificent staff at Eastern Palliative Care.

The EPC home care team has been a big disappointment in letting my mother down suffering with COPD.It’s been 1.5 weeks since she passed and I’ve had no contact from EPC.Additionally in the weeks leading up to Easter there was not even the social wellbeing wish from this service.Poor people skills and poor engagement.Where is the Care please?Also to add further it’s been now 2.5 weeks since my mums passing and I’m yet to receive any condolences from head of nursing (Chris).A shameful experience.Please do not entertain any further contact.

Eastern palliative care has exceptional nurses and their social worker they provided care and compassion for me and my loved one in our time of need and the organisation it self has a professional team when calling for information that I needed and still provide ongoing services after my loved has passed away.
