Having struggled to gain weight for strength and power sports for many years, Bec showed me the tools and tricks to overcome this challenge and educated me on how to make better nutritional decisions to fuel my sport. The biggest improvement I have noticed is that I now know it is actually possible for me to gain weight if I utilise the right foods. I have since gained over 10kg's with relative ease.
