Used touchless car wash here. Worked exactly as it should. Brushes for windows and tyres provided prior to entering.- Comment for some car owners that clearly aren't smart enough to know that a touchless wash generally won't clean off baked on bird droppings... it probably won't. So before leaving a nasty comment, use the soft brush provided before entering, or, use a moist sponge or cloth at home to wipe any bird or bat droppings off. If you're too lazy to manage this, then find a car wash with brushes. They will have enough agitation to clean bird droppings off most of the time.We literally come to a touchless car wash so that high forces are not scratching the paint.

Poor. Just got the 25 wash and my car is still dirty. Waste of my time

Great car wash, my car always comes out super clean. The vacuuming system is also great and worked really well on my car that was covered in dog hair. It’s super affordable as well!

I use the ultimate was on my car and it didn't clean at all. There is still bird droppings on my bonnet and the sides of my car look cloudy. I was not happy with my experience today. I spent $22 so my car can look as dirty as it was when I came into the car wash.

Great customer service after an issue with the older laser wash automatic yesterday. I chose the Ultimate clean as it is the best value for money so I was a bit stunned when the wash was over after a splash of water and puff of air was put over the car! I rang them today to ask for my money back. I spoke to Nathan who said they don't do refunds but to come down and he would give me a replacement clean, which he did and gave me a second token to boot as an apology for the annoyance. I am very happy with that outcome. Clean car + an extra wash for next time. Thanks Nathan!

Great car wash , car comes out sparkling clean

Been here twice and both horrible experiences.The drive thru auto wash does not clean and dry thoroughly.Photos speak for themselves.Oh yea the attendant left a brb in 10 mins " note

Touchless wash does little to wash your vehicle. Afterwards brake dust was still on wheels, bird dropping still on windscreen, plant matter still stuck to car. $19 dollar deluxe wash is more honestly described as a high pressure dust rinse off. Pictures worth a thousand words.... dont get ripped off here.

Paid 22$.50 for the Deluxe . What a joke! car was still dirty. It wasn’t dried. It hardly max any difference. This place is a rip off.

Unimpressed with the “Storm” automatic car wash. Paid $20 and it didn’t remove any dust off the roof or the rear of the car - photos attached immediately after I got home. Total waste of money you’d get the same result driving under a sprinkler hose.Edit: Following response to this review from the operator I’ve dropped a star. For what it’s worth, the drive “home” was less than a few km as evidenced by the water beads still on the car. Not sure why Toowoomba would be mentioned. Clearly the owner is unable to take responsibility or accept they are providing a substandard service.
