Clean and comfortable. Was some mould in the bathroom. Staff are friendly.

Located on main street, walking distance to all shops. Car park at your door. Its very clean and comfortable.. hassle-free check-in. Exactly as the pictures! Good base to visit Echuca, Girgarre and other nearby attractions.

From the day of arrival, to the friendly chats and little subtle things that you provided, we would not hesitate to recommend your place. There were 3 young families in our group and we stayed in your family room. We were all impressed with the cleanliness and quietness of the place. We all enjoyed your room. We also enjoy the little back gate directly to Edis park where all the kids enjoyed the little playground.The (family) room: We were lucky to get your 1 x queen and 2 x single room. Even after check-in, Barbara was more than happy to adjust our single beds for us. The room was clean, and it had enough things for sure (coffee/tea/toaster/microwave/smart TV and water). No smoking in room (great to see people obeyed and smoked outside instead), no ant/bugs in room. Oh yes, the days were hot and the aircon worked a treat! Bathroom also clean.Location: The reason we chose this place is because it is a bit central. ~30 mins drive to Echuca (where accommodation was much more expensive during this Christmas period), ~30 mins drive to Shepperton/Belstack Strawberry farm, ~4 mins drive to Kyabram Fauna park, and ~1 hr drive to Cactus Country. So all in all, I'm glad we chose this place as our family stay for the area.Any improvements? Not really. But if I have to mention one, it will be the wifi. Most of the time it does the job, but as some have commented, sometimes the wifi disconnects. But again, we have our own data so not an issue for us.Once again, many thanks for making our family holiday a great one.Thanks Steve and Barbara.

Stayed two nights at this hotel which is conveniently located.Check in was quick and easy,the cleanliness of the rooms was great and the room itself was very nice as per the photos on the booking website.

We booked this motel initially for 2 nights and as the time got closer and we were held up by floods I spoke to the male owner telling him we may only stay one night, he said that was ok and to let him know when we checked in whether it was one or two nights. When we checked in late in the afternoon the woman owner had already taken two nights accommodation from our credit card that morning. She would not refund the money for the extra night saying we could always stay another night. Not satisfactory. We are furious and would certainly not recommend this place. As far as know it is illegal to take money from the card until people are checking in.

One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in at such an affordable motel.Air con filters were immaculate (allergy sufferer) bathroom was also immaculate.Great room presentation.All round very very impressed.If we are ever in the area again we will def be staying here.
