Can’t thank the team at Bobs 4wd centre enough. We had 5 lugs shear off our car on the highway with the wheel completely coming off. They fit us in immediately, even though they were flat out, and we were back on the road within a few hours. Not only did they fix the issue but they ensured that the other wheels were safe and checked the diff and axels as well.

We were north of Coffs Harbour on our way home to harrington we blew 2 tyres and being a public holiday we couldn’t get tyres or accommodation. We were so lucky to find bobs 4wd he hooked us up with power and also offered us shower and toilet he is a true Aussie ledgened and now we have 4 new tyres and our faith in people Thankyou Shane and crew we will recommend you to all our other old farts on the road

I have been taking my cars to Bobs 4x4 for the past 13 years and have had no problems. Several months ago,one of their mechanics told me I had an oil leak in one front shock.Shane gave me a quote to supply and fit new shocks.They fitted the wrong shocks which made my car undrivable. They then fitted a second pair of shocks which made the car ride terribly. I was so dissapointed I purchased a third pair of shocks and springs myself which Bobs 4x4 fitted. The day they fitted the shocks I also got them to change the auto transmission oil and change the engine oil and filter which I .supplied. The only thing they supplied was the auto oil ,a rego insoection and labour. I then got a bill for $779. An independant inspection revealed that the problem started with the1st pair of shocks being lnstalled incorrectly. For their mistake I am $2000.oo out pocket plus 4 wheel alignments.They said they had done nothing wrong and hung up the phone on me.

I have had my vehicles serviced here for many years and they always provide an excellent service. Friendly and flexible folk who know their 4WD's, Shane is brilliant at the greasy stuff while Laurie & Di run a great shopfront. If you are particular about your vehicle and want a great repair/service this is the go to place in Coffs Harbour.

Fantastic service. Friendly stuff. Good price!We traveled back to Sydney when 50km before Coffs gearbox Start making crunchy noise get to Coffs on fourth gear. Asked locals where to go, both said Bob's 4WD . They put me back on the road in 24h with new gearbox and transfer case. Plus they also changed my timing belt and steering pump.Sydney mechanics should learn from those guys
