Absolute fraud, sent wrong part. After many phone calls and picture messages agreed to send correct part on return of original part. Waited several weeks and called again, kept getting the same message, yeah I'm still looking for the right one". After a month and a half I said threatened to leave a bad review and contact Dept. of Fair Trading and he said he would issue a partial refund. Still have not received any refund

Ordered a trans pan and a radiator for my car, was able to pick up the trans pan the same day and paid for that plus a $50 deposit on the radiator which I was told was in their other lot and would be ready in a day or two. After several days and no word I called them and they said again it was in the nearby lot and would be ready soon. This was near new year so they shut down for a few days. I called back when they reopened and was told that in actually fact they didn't have a radiator and that they had to order one in. I went in to get a refund on my deposit and was given $20 then as that was all he had and had to come back later for the other $30. Absolute time wasters and dishonest avoid at all costs.

After looking at the reviews I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I was yet another customer dissapointed after arranging to meet up at a set time from 80km away to buy a 3 month warantee engine, only to be left waiting with my 4yo and my disabled wife for 3/4 hour and no answer to 3 texts and 3 phone calls that went straight to message bank..Waste of fuel and waste of time...I'd rather pay double for the better customer service from elsewhere.

I would not recommend this place. Dodgy as they come. Took my nephews car there for a new motor. Quoted wrongly then had the car 3 weeks before any contact with no work done. Then they come back and say other things wrong as well. Anyway sold them the car as not worth fixing and spoke to them about taking personal items which they agreed. When arrived they didn't want to let him take his stuff. Rip off people. Would never ever go there or recommend them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!I purchased spare parts from this business and first of all not all parts were sent, secondly they were the wrong parts!I sent the items back and am still waiting for a refund on my $200+ order. He said the money was refunded last week, 5 days later the money is still not in my account and am still chasing it up.Called back and asked why the money was not refunded on the day he had promised and he gave an excuse of too busy" and asked me to send my account details via email (the information was already sent to him twice). Has kept me waiting all day. Does not return phone calls as promised. Don't bother, go somewhere else. They waste your time and money.

We went in to fix our car, asked them to specifically change the service oil and the handbreak but they went ahead and changed something else without our consent (trans-fluid). By doing that they completely broke a perfectly working car and decline us to return the money. They tolded us that everything we've done isn't our fault and everything that happened after the service is your problem".The worst service we ever got!! Won't recommend."
