Friendly and pleasant when selling the product (Weber Q3200). Quite brash and offhand when a problem arose. Weber customer support however were excellent and addressed the problem.

everyone pay attention. Jet master’s “warranty” start from the time customer order the unit NOT delivery. I ordered my RED 40 fireplace for my newly build house back to September 2016. Get delivered and installed by company recommend installer on March 2017.Last months (November 2018) the fireplace no longer start. (I fire it up every months as a regular check). I called Jetmaster, been told my 2 years warranty expired as it start from the time I ordered. What a “policy”. I end up with other company and pay over $300 for this “warranty” job !

!AVOID THESE GUYS’ Honestly after waiting for two months for a fire place, YEP, and after giving a new excuse every week they have audacity to tell me to wait another week. Customer service at this place is beyond trash. I won’t name individual persons but you know who you are look my name up on your database. Do not under any circumstances buy from these guys, they’ve done this to me and my mate.

Went in with no clue of what i wanted and came out with plenty of information. Booked in for a quote for the coming week and George came to my house to discuss what was possible. George was professional and really friendly. He made Recommendations on the ideas that i had. The following week or so George ordered the parts and installed a traditional fireplace. George's quality of work immaculate and i would recommend any work he did.

Great showroom especially for Weber BBQ shoppers as it's a proper Weber franchise/showroom and the staff have excellent product knowledge about the range of BBQ's and Weber accessories. They have just about anything you need in stock and we drove away with a fantastic Weber Family Q Black Premium BBQ plus a few accessories - the service and price were excellent and we would highly recommend them to others. They also have a great range of fireplaces in another section of the showroom.

The sales said the fireplace can be picked up at castle hill store before I pay for it... Eventually I need to pick up at Marrickville. Why don't I purchase from jetmaster Marrickville???
