My visit to Godfrey's today was good, first the salesperson was good and helpful, also he had a smile and in a good mood. And they had the filters for my vacuum cleaner.

Excellent service, customer PR. Ended up purchasing a Hoover Allergy bagged vacuum cleaner as recommended and couldn’t be happier… easy to use and cleans the carpets brilliantly. Purchased the diverter as well and love it!Highly recommend for households with multiple indoor pets. Have had both the Dyson stick and barrel Dyson before and this vacuum is far superior in every way…… extremely happy!Thankyou for a fantastic recommendation - I am very happy we went to Godfreys :)

I always go to Godfreys Lilydale for my vacuums because they know their stuff and don't go for the hard sell. All the staff are really helpful, never rush you along and happy to answer questions.

I recently had my Hoover vacuum cleaner serviced. I was quoted $50 but was $60 when I took it in. They said they would honour the $50. When I went to pick up Simon told me it was $99.99 I asked what they did. It wasn’t broken it just hasn’t been serviced before. Simon stared at the paper report for a while and didn’t seem to be able to tell me then after a while he rattled off they replaced a canister with a second hand part and cleaned the filter. It sounded suss. I rang 5 min later to get a copy he said it was on the computer and they didn’t have a paper copy. I said but you just read it off a piece of paper. He said oh that Id have to fish it out of the bin. I said yes if you could send it. It never arrived.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Jason recommended the Tineco stick vac and it's been brilliant, especially at managing the cat hair and the shaggy rug...worth the money.

Marty and the team are absolutely brilliant! I bought my a Miele Compact from them in September and stupidly took the bag out of it and forgot to replace it. I came in today thinking I had destroyed the vacuum only for it to be inspected and cleaned for free. I cannot thank you all enough. What a wonderful experience. Genuine, helpful and friendly.
