We have purchased several products from Kickass in the past one of which was a shower tent. Gleefully we went to show it off to friends and family one day only to find the zipper into the tent was very difficult to open. First ever problem with a Kickass product. So as we were near the Sunshine Coast some months later, we dropped into the showroom. Thursday 4th May 2023. The team there, lovely people, looked at our tent, saw that the zipper slide was squashed during production, unclipped our tent and fitted a new one. Total time, approximately thirty minutes. Kickass is THE BEST company I have dealt with since the 60's. Product faulty, product replaced immediately. No Bulls..t. No fine print. A lot of companies in Australia could learn a lot from these people about service. Lovely greeting at the front counter, genuine concern about our problem and instant resolution. Bloody Terrific Kickass. I hope your business goes from strength to strength! And we haven't finished purchasing your products yet. We are full time travellers and have been for many years and still have a few more years left before we will return to our home. Thank you so much for your service. Your staff are so good.

These guys don’t even know there own products they sell. I ordered the dual sense VSR along with the matching wiring harness. Was sent the correct VSR, but the harness was single cable three pin, not the two pin for this particular VSR. Mind you I patiently waited. As for them to correct the mistake, It took them 48 hours to process a return label and was not contacted or told when my correct harness will be sent. I will now be almost 4 weeks since original order, and I still haven’t received the correct order. Do your self a favor and don’t buy anything from them. The product may be alright but Megan the costumer service/sales representative will do absolutely nothing to correct your order if they have messed up. I now have a dual VSR that I can’t use because she didn’t make it a point to correct the issue in a timely manner. Mind you I live just a two day mail ride from there warehouse. Imagine living on the other side of the county and or planet. Also the phone number given to get in touch with some one are bogus. I had to get I touch with a store in Australia in order to get my claim started, I live in Arizona…. So yea there a problem here…

Poor service and delivery .Bought 2 items that had to go 30kms.Only one package arrived marked 1 of 2. I messaged the courier twice to see if they still had it no reply.I emailed Kickass kunda Park explaining what has happened, no reply, so I call them,told no sure when it could get delivered in a few days, !The answer I thought would be ,sorry about that I'll chase it up and get back to you asap.I'm not happy ,so much for using the local company

Historically I have had good service and products from KickAss Products but I am having a nightmare at present. Ordered a twin battery bundle, to replace the power plant in the campervan but having finally decided to cop the $77 + delivery fee to Sydney I ordered on the 13th Oct. Over the course of a week one set of leads then one battery turned up with no sign of the second battery. Customer service team seem to be based in Manila have no clue and simply wipe their hands as they claim it was sent from the warehouse as bundle. Missed our camping trip as a result. Not happy at all with this service.

I drove up from Brisbane to visit the showroom on the sunny coast. The staff there were incredibly helpful and honest with everything.Not only were they helpful with me, they entertained my son so I could look at some items with my partner and even got the dog some ice cold water.Good to see customer service isn't dead. Theses guys are excellent! Thanks again, we will be back to buy more in the future

Bought a dual zone Kickass fridge-freezer. Looks good. Went well for the first month's. Now the issue lies with after sales care. Buying from kickass with it's remote warehouse and service has been an absolute headache for well over a month to 6 weeks with no fridge/freezer in my camper. At this moment I still don't have a working fridge. A refund and replacenent has been offered but even the replacement is a delay. The couriers they use are terrible and cost me multiple days off work. The communication overall lacks too.

Posers acting as an Aussie company with bushproof" products. It's just junk straight from China. Their customer service isn't even Australian

quality, reliable stuff for reasonable price. 3 star rating for being unresponsive and inefficient customer service for other state (south aus) online buyers.

Amazing company to deal with, very honest and helped resolved a warranty issue with a 75L fridge. Highly recommend with very high quality products. Thank you. A++++

Over a number of months I contacted AD whilst considering whether to buy their product or go with another option. They were always enormously helpful with their advice and knowledge, not to mention patient! I watched all their product videos many times and came to the conclusion that the product was superior to others and met all my needs, plus was so well put together (they had done all the hard work!) that I could even install it myself! Transaction was very smooth, arrived promptly, and well packaged. Great to see a superior Australian made, owned and operated company supplying such a fabulous product enabling me to go out and explore the far horizons of our wonderful country!
