My Chemist Elizabeth St

Went to buy 2 boxes of nurofen today. The staff at the counter said I can only buy one box due to store policy which was actually fine. The issue is with her attitude. When I said that other chemist stores let my buy more, she went 'it's none of my business ',HOW RUDE!!! I was not happy with that line, so I went, 'NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE. 'To be honest, I don't have a problem with any of your store policy, but I have a VERY REAL problem with your staff attitude. You don't take a swipe at your customer's comments.

- Aggressive and Rude Service- Dirty and Dusty StoreWent to get docs certified. I know and understand they need original docs to certify which I do and brought with me.Was showing her and explaining what are the documents. She started raising her voice “Do you have the original docs”. Which I replied YES. She asked 3 times, each time louder.Nvm, then while I was showing her the original documents. She went “ This is not even my job, there a lot of other places open”.I was dumbfounded and stared at her blank for 3 seconds and she was like I’m not comfortable certifying these.Which I was again 100% fine with. You shouldn’t be pressure to certify my docs. But she also don’t need to raise her tone and have no mannerism when talking to anyone.Btw, manage to get my documents certified at the other pharmacy down the road.

Last Saturday I went there as they were having a promotion on their Trilogy products. They advertise that you will receive a free body plant oil with any purchase of a facial.On Saturday, the staff told me that they haven’t received the gift items yet as the promotion is from the new catalogue and to come again during the week. Therefore, today I went back to the shop and one of the staff told me that they only received 3 of the gifting items and that the promotion is only valid until stock lasts. From what I know, the business is falsely advertising as they don’t even ensure that they have reasonable amount of the free product. I am pretty sure that this does not abide by the ACCC.

Spoke to a guy in store (Claudio?) just now asking for a product that is nationally out of stock at chemists. He recommended a similar product off the cuff and had all the info ready to go. Impressive customer service. Just fantastic.

Such a long week trying to find a product sold out everywhere and was greeted with a big smile and warm welcome by two ladies in white coats. They were so happy to be of help. I will definitely shop here again!

I visited for a stat declaration, the pharmacist was busy with resting at the back. Couldn’t even be bothered to come out, the Asian beauty assistant told me they are not doing stat dec because of the lockdown and COVID, such a speechless excuse. Been to 5 CWH in the city, they all refused to do it I don’t understand why it’s so hard to do a stat dec.

Update your time, it’s not that hard, because of your disinformation it have affected my time to be wasted. I’ll give this chemist a 3 dislike

They are closed Saturday even though it says open. They should update their google listing

They don't communicate properly, they are over aggressive in situations that arise because they did not communicate properly and make you feel like a piece of dirt, and quite frankly this is the worst experience I have ever had in a pharmacy.Their only saving grace was Dani who was helpful in fixing this situation calmly and without unnecessary bravado. Thank-you.
