In recent years I've attended numerous trainings hosted by Compass Seminars in Perth WA. The courses have been exceptional - both due to the high quality of facilitators (presententing content I am able to directly apply to my clinical practice as an Occupational Therapist), as well as the wonderful care provided by the Compass Seminar Team pre/during and post training.

I recently attended the Solution Focused Leadership Training, delivered by Michael Durrant. This was an excellent course that provided me with a new visionary way to approach individual development, appreciation and agency. This course has shown me how to assist others to identify and openly discuss their strengths and the steps to apply to build upon them. I have already begun incorporating these concepts into my own practice and I am excited about what can be achieved.

I couldn't rate these seminars highly enough. Renne is fabulous with the administrative side and the seminars are informative and very engaging. The content provides practical application to the 'helping profession' and I always feel highly motivated after the workshops to take new skills and knowledge back to my practice.I have attended seminars delivered by Karen, Leonie and Kate and relished in their insight and experience.
