Bringing to peoples attention in the belief James Cameron is involved in this business.James and I some time back entered into an agreement where I was to sell his business (Aussie Home Loans- Mitcham)We communicated regularly over an extended period of time when all of a sudden James stopped communicating be that by phone or email.To my total surprise I discovered the business had changed hands to a gentlemen I introduced following all of the requirements, singing a CA, being the go between for both parties even seeing the drawing up of a contract of sale.I have recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Informing him that I would appreciate just 25% of the agreed commission to assist with upcoming expenses.As previously he ignored me.Maybe think twice before having dealings with this person.Peter Hurrell

On October 22 we got Jimmy to cater our wedding day! Ooooh my goodness, what an absolute yummy decision!!!! Nearly 2 weeks later & people are still talking about it & telling us just how much they loved it! We chose the beef brisket, pulled chicken, Mac n cheese, potato salad and coleslaw and everything was demolished! Definitely a winner! Thank you so much for keeping our tummy’s happy. We’ll definitely be back!

I chose Jimmy Brisket to serve delicious American bbq style food for my 30th birthday. We had the beef brisket and pulled chicken with the white Alabama sauce, and a few sides. They will provide you with everything you need for service, so don't worry about running about for bread, cutlery/plates. Jim of Jimmy Brisket was amazing. He arrived on time, and got to work to prepare the meat for service. He gave fantastic instructions to reheat meat if we had leftovers, and I tell you what, it was bloody delicious (no pun intended)! All my guests were raving about the food, and the chicken was devoured in no time. The quality of meat and service is excellent. I would get these guys to cater for me again, and don't hesitate recommending them for anyone wanting to feed and satisfy their guests for an event.
