I feel grateful that I started practising yoga on this site. The teacher is great and you can feel that they love what they do. A brilliant way to transmit the philosophy of yoga and teach how to live life from love and compassion. Totally recommendable.

Wonderful experiences the teacher carol is provides clear and concise instructions, it’s online - allows u to workout from the comfort of your own home. Great various forms of yoga provided from beginners to intermediate!

Carol is an amazing yoga teacher. I started with Carol as a novice and through my sessions with her both in person and online my body is now more flexible, my lower back issues have gone and I feel more centred. Highly recommend Harmony and Healthy yoga. Thanks Carol!

I live in Port Macquarie and began following Carol's YouTube after doing the new video Focusing on the Lower Back".It was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoy your way of teaching.A bit of feed back for you :-The audio was also much improved from other YouTube videos.Your clarity of instructions makes the posses so easy to follow.After completing the video I did gardening with no lower back pain and more flexibility than usual.Loved the "Doggy Kisses" you got towards the end.One very happy student.
