They have to be the rudest bunch I have ever come a cross . Lie after lie each week about what is needed for the car excuse about staff coming back from holiday the one in the office kept on putting us on to someone on the floor. Pick up the car today the office woman could not tell us a thing with parts that are under warranty and how long. This one guy talks to you like your a real dum..if you ask me they are rippling off the insurance company. Which alot of them are these days

The staff have been extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. The parts took so long but the team always kept me updated every few weeks.

I just wanted to give my absolute thanks to Ray, Sherie and the Torque Auto Repair Team for such exceptional and excellent service. I don’t usually do much reviews but I very much recommend them. I had an accident on my rear bumper. They helped me sort it out and got things fixed within 2 days ready for my trip to Sydney where I was moving. Honestly cannot thank you enough. I wish the team all the very best :)

Insurence claim lodged 15th November 2021, choose Torque Auto Body Repair Center was a really bad and disappointed decision. Inspection done by the same week, advised my repair job need to wait until January 2022 which is understandable at that point of time.Received a call on 24th January, confirmed my job can start at 7th February. Exciting news.Received another call on 4th Febauary, my job has been reschedaled to 14th February. No comments.Received another call on 11th Febauary, my job has been reschedaled to 21th February. No comments.Received another call on 18th Febauary, my job has been reschedaled to 28th February. No comments.Received another call on 25th Febauary, my job has been reschedaled to 7th March. No comments.Received another call on 4th March, advised they will not do any job from Allianz and we 'just' need to find another repairer. Shocked with the word of 'just' after nearly 5 months.How should I describe this experience after nearly 5 months waiting? I am sure you got enough jobs and the insurence company may can only offer you a lower price. But what about your customer? Can you be a little bit more serious and helpful as a service provider?Please be careful when someone wanna go with this anto repair.My rego is 426BB8, 2021 toyota land cruiser pruchase from Torque toyota Brendale. Also waiting for my new LC300 from Torque toyota.Why you treat your customer like nothing??

Shonky business, don’t know others, but mine was rude & unprofessional, it might be something to do with my Asian looking. Firstly, I Called and got told by a lady that they do insurance repairs and there was a slot within 2 weeks. 15 mins later when I got to them, the old gentleman, maybe their manager or owner then walked out and started complaining that the insurance company doesn’t pay them enough for the repairs and asking me - as a client - paying the differences. Never heard such thing with insurance repairs, shonky as. Then saying they don’t want to do the job if just insurance payment. When got questioned for insurance policy, the old gentleman simply turned around and walked away saying they don’t have time to do it and cannot do it. Now, I have to go back to tell the boss that i wasted a hour or so with this business :(

I've previously sold vehicles where repairs performed weren't great quality (paint application, colour matching/blending or panel alignment). After my 1 year old ute was in an accident I was on the verge of selling it after I got it back from repairs. After seeing the workmanship and quality of repairs my mind was 100% changed and I kept it.Today I picked up that same ute after another minor accident and again, I can't fault anything through this experience.There were some delays on parts which were out of Torque's control, but they kept me up to date the whole way through.The workmanship from these guys is a cut above and I won't settle for any of my vehicles being repaired anywhere else.

I've just had my Prado repaired at Torque Auto Body Repair Centre and just want to say a BIG thank-you to everyone that works there. They turned an unfortunate accident into a positive experience going above and beyond to not only repair the damage to my car but to return it to me looking newer than before and as clean as the day I bought it. Thank-you so much, I really appreciate and acknowledge the effort, the professional attitude and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Receptionist is wonderful and kind. Ray was extremely helpful and friendly and very committed to helping us feel good about the repairs needed, the processes we need to go through and the communication we will have during. Excellent team to meet when things in your life aren't going as planned.

I have dealt with these guys and the above is not my actual name.I have purchased three vehicle from Torque Toyota and Torque Auto had fixed my wife's Prado and they are fixing our second prang.I don't understand people who are hateful,These people are the best in Brisbane to deal with by a long long margine.They are lovely and respectful and most importantly they do the job flawlessly.Not to mention the price is fantastic on their repairs.I can't say a bad thing about this mob.If there is an award, these guys hands down deserve it.
