Poor Service. Contacted by Rosemary after calling in to check out their range. Made a time to meet her onsite to discuss the project. She didn’t arrive at all, nor did she bother to call me and let me know she wasn’t coming.

We have recently completed a new home build and have been dealing with tradies etc for the past 12 months. It has been so refreshing to deal with a company that has high standards, attention to detail and excellent communication. From the moment we engaged with Cast Stone, we felt that we could trust their level of experience and professionalism to provide us with the perfect fence to compliment our home. What a relief that we trusted our instincts. They swiftly applied for council approval and began the build soon after receiving it. All stages of the build process occurred faster than we anticipated- despite starting in November. The painter was especially impressive, such attention to detail! So happy with the professionalism and workmanship in dealing with Castone. I had my front fence installed in late 2020. Every step was done with so much care and exactly how it was discussed. Rose and the team were able to cater for my requirements, including the LED lighting, electric gate, intercom, electric strike and it all worked like clockwork. If you want a great looking fence with professional service and workmanship, do yourself a favour and contact Castone.I went to see them 2 years later about an issue I was having with an electric strike (not there issue), and, Rose was ale to resolve it for me.This is great customer service.

CastStone were the best from the beginning, they had the best quotes and flexibility. All of their trade professionals were brilliant including the foundation guys, Levi was amazing on wall installation and because of Levi he helped us sort out a gas meter that was close to the fence giving us a better finish, black fencing and security video was also excellent. Rose managed the entire processes from end to end and she was amazing! Thanks Rose and to all of your team, great job, great result!!!
