Ashby sourdough bread is to die for .Always baked to perfection and the variety is great.Their cinnamon scrolls are quiet addictive .Can not decide which variety is the best, love them all!

The best sourdough we have ever had. And there are 2 other bakeries in Coffs that do a very good sourdough also. But Ashby is the best (fussy customer as Dad was a pastrycook).

Tried some sourdough white rustic bread a few weeks ago and unfortunately I am now an Ashby Sourdough bread addict with a baaaaad habit.Oh and I love it. Spelt, wholegrain, multigrain, the white rustic...all texturally robust, full of flavour, damn yum yum...I can feel my bowels singing a chorus of thankful exultations.And me now , slave to the sourdough. Thank you Ashby for being there.To top it off the lady was wonderful and they have what used to be called a good vibe" about them. Lovely to see and feel."
