Hairdresser cut my hair very carelessly. My haircut was done very quickly. I told him I wasn’t happy with it and he tried to convince me that it was the hairstyle I asked for. It was very choppy and was definitely not what I asked for. Wish I had gotten his name. I booked for a different hairdresser but got him instead -.-

I got a haircut and perm here a few years ago, and the female hairdresser I was assigned did a pretty good job, and the service was friendly. I came back for another haircut and perm, and this time the result was horrible - not sure if the owner/manager had changed since the last time I came. I had a male hairdresser this time, and he kept trying to up-sell more services to me, while basically insulting me saying (loudly in front of everyone) I had thinning hair and lots of grey hairs. After I firmly told him (twice) that I would only like a haircut and perm, he gave me a weird choppy haircut where the front and back were of different lengths. He then proceeded to give me the worst perm I've ever had in my life (and I've had quite a few already), despite me showing him a picture of what I wanted. After I told him that it was not what I had asked him to do, he kept saying that he thought it looked good and that it would have been better if I had ordered the other services he had tried to sell me. This haircut and perm cost me more than $300 - if I had ordered the extra services he recommended, it would have cost me more than $500.
