Successful Sale - Gerald WattsGerald Watts was extremely helpful in a difficult market. He followed up prospective buyers. He offered advice and spent a lot of time opening the property and showing people through. He kept up regular communication so that I was aware at all times about how things were going. I think he is an excellent agent.

Professional͏ and KnowledgeableHenry provided great practical advice that resonated well with me and worked out to be spot on. Apartment sold right in line with his estimates (slightly above) which was above other professional advice I had received, even after it appeared that the market was starting to dip.

Worst rental experience I have ever endured. Complete lack of communication by Prop Mgr (Kiera) to either tenant OR owner over the 18 mths I rented. Zero follow up for maintenance issues. Took 4 months from owner approving replacement aircon to actual instal due to Kiera's complete lack of competence or care. Many other examples of this. Zero response to emails or calls. Held my bond for 3 months! Terrible experience. DO NOT put your property with this agency OR sign a lease as a tenant. Go with MackHall. Far superior service and experience.
