Through a friend, I heard of MegaTech Solutions and contacted them. Jason was here promptly to fix my internet connection that was unstable. A few weeks later, an excavator ripped up my NBN cabling and again he attended that day to temporarily repair my connection, until the NBN Co could attend, taking some 3 days. I could not speak more highly of this wonderful service.

Jason installed the NBN service at one of our investment properties. Actually it was the second time he has done this for us and on both occasions he has been prompt, very professional and went the extra mile to ensure we had internet access, where others had let us down. Jason is absolutely amazing! My car stopped on the street on my way home to meet the NBN installation appointment. I thought my installation that I was waiting for so long would've had to be canceled when he rang me to find out why I wasn't home. Instead of cancellation, he came to help me to push the car, which is 10mins walking distance and went to my place to carry out the installation. I managed to sort out my car issue later on but I really didn't expect this kind of help from my NBN technician! Needless to say, he has done his job professionally and neatly, leaving my place clean as well as patiently tested it till it's all working before he left. I highly recommend him. Thank you very much for saving my day, Jason and Adrian.

Jason is a legend. His professionalism, speed, cleanness and excellent service do deserve the highest of the ratings! At one point I didn’t have a tool that they required me to have in order finish testing the installation, he was so kind that he got ir for me and didn’t even charge me. Jason and his colleague are the example of going above and beyond, I highly recommend him and his company Mega Tech solutions for anything that you need to do. Great lads!
