Bought a 3 piece lounge at the Dandenong store recently. The design was so comfortable- it’s getting harder to find chairs that support the head and neck- and I knew that this was the one as soon as I sat on it. Got it at a great price, too, as they had a sale going on, so terrific savings on an already reasonable price. The young woman who helped organise the part-payment and delivery day and time was so friendly and helpful, explaining my queries with an excellent attitude and manner. Thank you! Delivery was two weeks later; no waiting months for my couches to be ready. The delivery men were excellent, sending me a text the night before and telling me they’d leave the depot at 7:15 and that I was second on their list. They rang again at 7:40 am to say they were on their way and arrived at 8. The two courteous and helpful men unpacked and set up everything for me where I wanted it, took my payment balance and then neatly stored the cardboard packaging for me to dispose of. All done efficiently by 8:20! The ENTIRE experience was excellent and I recommend Focus on Furniture most highly. Thank you all for terrific customer service!!! Satisfied customer!

We bought an L shaped couche and when we got our delivery we were shocked to find that the chase was on the wrong side (left instead of the right) we called them.The resolution we were offered was to sell our couche on gumtree and they wont be taking any responsibility and just hung up the phone.The manager at the Dandenong south, Healey and the store assistant Vanessa , were very unprofessional.Never seen this any where.They never listened to the issue and never tried to resolve it even though it was their mistake .PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FOCUS FURTHER DANDENONG SOUTH.RECEIPT # 80906516

After only using a tallboy cabinet for 2 years under normal usage, it has cracked at the base near the leg. Customer support refuse to acknowledge faulty workmanship so I am left with an unstable and unsafe tallboy. They deny any responsibility towards an appropriate remedy. Buyers beware, check all goods thoroughly upon delivery.

We chose Focus on Furniture after a terrible experience at another furniture store who were at that point 3 months late on a 3 month delivery.I'd confirmed that all 4 of the sofas we wanted to have a look at were in stock and on display in the Dandenong store.Within 15 minutes of being in store (on a Thursday evening) I'd chosen and ordered a sofa and had a confirmed delivery booked on Tuesday the following week.Couldn't have been a simpler process, and the sofa is great.
