Best document photo it was ever taken from me! The lady has a very good eye for details and show you the photo before printing out, different from other places I have been to! I definitely recommend :)

Was a quick and painless experience. I got a great photo and she made sure it turned out right for my passport and license so I managed to get it in electronic and printed copy. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my 1 year old in for a passport photo, Lilly made the process so enjoyable quick and easy. She was very informative and friendly. I tired several other places and not many allow you to hold your child while you take their photo. By holding my child with a white blanket behind I was able to ensure she was settled and the entire process was so fast. I totally recommend this store, and love supporting local business as opposed to mainstream. Thanks once again Lilly

She charges 25$ for a passport photo.. oh God and shows so much attitude in return. She does not give bill just cash dealings. #fairtrade you got look into.. Officeworks photo was not available ( normally its 14$) and I was passing through, thought I'll get the photo. Never recommend to go to this lady. I respect for her age (around70) forbwhich she is still working, but I don't get the value for what we pay.

After a tedious 3 weeks of trying for a passport photo for my toddler ( at 3 officeworks and 2 different aus post) with no success for a photo as he kept crying, I googled to see where I could get a photo for my little one (aged 1) and found this place. Lily was so accommodating from my phone call enquiry and assured me we will get that photo no matter how long it took. And true enough, she got a photo in less than 5 minutes!! She is truly magic! My son didnt even know it happened. We are now able to take our holiday in 2 weeks and couldn't have done it without her help! I recommend you go to her for your passport photos. SHE'S TOO GOOD!
