Jet Wash Auto Spa

I used them for convenience whilst dining on Thursday evening. They told me they were closing at 7.00pm and to pick up my car at 6.45pm at the latest. They also asked for payment in cash only. Fine I thought. It took us a while longer to get our food and i left the table to pick up my car on time. When i got there they had 4 other cars they were cleaning at 6.50pm and no way they were closing at 7.00pm. Finei thought. I paid them in cash and tipped them as well, only to find out the next day that they applied tyre shine even though i asked them not to and completely missed cleaing one of the panels as shown in picture. I had to wssh my car the next day to have a good clean and get all the other marks they left on my windows I live on the next street and always thought if they were any good. I know now they are not good. Beware, get your car washed somewhere else.

I came here for a much needed deep clean of my car and I got much more value and results than I had hoped for! I was very happy with how my seats turned out after steaming. The service was also very professional, the owner was very kind and helped me choose the package that was most suitable and valuable for me, its also a bonus that I can shop while it car is cleaned. Will definitely be back when I have the time

Worst experience first and last time going there. They didn’t even clean inside the car left it dirty and poor vacuum job. Paid the clown $45 and did half a job and when I told him you missed interior and exteriors areas un clean he said nothing just went quiet. Waste of money, stocklands should not re new your lease. Poor service.

i had a horrible experience here! i paid $87 for a polish inside and out on my small car. i didn’t think much about the price until i compared that price to others for the same service at different businesses. I came to pick up my car and there were still dirt patches everywhere! i wasn’t happy with this so i asked them if they had finished or not and they responded rudely saying they had, and made it out as if it was my fault that it was still dirty. i would not recommend this place to anyone, given the attitude of staff and the poor execution of their services.

Paid top dollar to have car cleaned and still dirty after it was finished. Had to clean spots off car and reclean the tyres. Spoke to staff who all of a sudden didn't understand English. Won't be going back.

Horrible service, can’t even clean a car to save their life. They don’t even bother cleaning the hard to get to spots. They have no management and deliver cars whenever they feel like it. They have zero regard for customer service and do not help. Terrible place. Will never go again. Companies like this should not be trading if they can’t even work their profession.

Called for a quote and prices seemed reasonable. Took the car in and they weren't very busy, only car there was mine.Wanted the inside cleaned of the Commadore and floors cleaned, windows, dash, centre console and all storage areas. They said no problem and that it would only cost $35.Left the car with them and did our shopping. Came back paid and inspected the interor of the car, only the seats were vacummed and the dashboard was lightly wiped. Everything else was left dirty and uncleaned. What a waste. Won't be coming back, and won't recommend.

They are over priced and don’t do a good jobPaid $52 for a full clean but they didn’t clean the stuck dirt which apparently needs to be “polished” out, everywhere else that’s just scrubbed out. The interior was still dirty. Worst of all, the car stank after the “cleaned” it. The interior “plastic rejuvenation” turned out be just wiping down the interior with smelly old dirty rags. Overpriced and bad service. Do not recommend.

My car hadn't been washed in months and with all the rain and the long distances I travel my car was looking more black than white. Jet Wash gave it the clean it deserved and it's now sparkling white. Great price for the service provided.
