I brought my son's laptop in because it wouldnt turn on. They checked it out, explaining to me what they were doing and why as we went along. They diagnosed it but wasnt able to help me personally. They talked me through the process for claiming under warranty. I offered them money but they wouldnt take it. Genuinely nice guys. I felt better after they helped me.
