Organised Ron Nickel Roofing to quote and then install two roof ventilators at a rental property that was over a 1000 kilometres from my residence. They completed the project with promptness and efficiency. A reliable and friendly staff. Can definitely recommend.

We were delighted with the service we received from Ron Nickel roofing. In a timely fashion we were visited for an inspection and quotation and were fully briefed by Andy who assessed what needed to be done. The quotation he provided for the job was competitive and reasonable and came within a couple of days. Within a week of accepting the quote, Ash came out and did the guttering and repaired the roof leak. He was a great tradesperson and debriefed with me after the job and indicated what he did and particularly why the roof had been leaking. Throughout the whole process, Kylie and Nadia from the office were always helpful ringing ahead of time and finalising the account when the job was done. All round, this was a fantastic effort from Ron Nickel roofing and very professional. Well done to the team.

Over past years and today I have had Ron Nickel Roofing conduct construction and repair work to two of our homes. One being a major complete roof replacement and other works of a lesser impact but important. Full marks to Craig Evans and his team. Always very helpful with a pleasant attitude and attention to detail. Professional high quality installation of mesh gutter guards, and leaf catchers on downpipes. Great communication and easy to deal with. Only negative was the 2 month delay before starting our job, otherwise would give 5 star.

Very good with price, responsive to my questions and very courteous and the job was done to my satisfaction. It was a job that required removal of asbestos sheets then resheeting of the roof with colorbond sheets and repair of batons, etc.

Received and accepted a quote from Ron Nickel Roofing. Paid the deposit required. However subsequently received an email advising that there was an error on the quote and we were reissued with a quote with an additional $700 as they had forgotten to apply GST.Attempted to discuss via email and phone, however Ron Nickel were not willing in any way to accept any fault and expected us to pay the additional cost. Tracey at Ron Nickel had little empathy or people skills, failed to acknoweldge that an accepted quote is in fact a legally binding document, refused to conceded to any error on their part, and refused to even consider coming to an agreement on price difference.While i have no issue paying for goods and services, when a quote is issued and deposit paid you cannot simply go and change the price and reissue a quote, deny all responsibility, and speak to customers like they are beneath you and not worthy of your time, energy or money.Tracey said that they 'can't retire' on the money they make, well they made even less this year because of a flat out refusal to accept their errors.Truly disappointed.
