Did an amazing, or should I say near-impossible job with my floor. My kitchen bench was at an angle and I wanted it straightened but realised there was no wooden floor underneath the bench. Ryan went out of his way to find the correct floor boards to match my existing ones. They were very fair with the pricing as well. Was very easy to communicate with Ryan and Sean. I’ll recommended these guys to anyone in a heartbeat

Shaun and his team did a great job on our floors. After 20 years without attention, they are back to looking new and refreshed. The work was done professionally and in quick time at a good price. Highly recommend.

I sadly wouldn't recommend this business. The communication was poor during the job, and I was not made aware of an issue where the floors had very uneven colour when sanded back, leaving a distinct border around the perimeter of the room. I was told that this is very common and that you can address it by staining them, but I was told this after they had already begun to be sealed, and only after I attended the work site to check on the work. Had the uneven tone and the possible solutions been communicated to me when they were discovered, I would have been able to make a choice about it. By the time I worked it out and contacted them, they would have had to sand back what they'd already done, setting us back on an already-tight timeframe.When the final layer of poly was completed, it had debris throughout, which we had to lift out the following day. We spent an additional two days on them filling significant gaps that they told us were for expansion and contraction (the boards are probably 100+ years old and had some large, inconsistent gaps that are not an intentional part of the installation).The touch of leaving 7 rubbish bags full of sawdust on the front lawn (our bins are very visible and accessible at the back of the house, and there's already a neat pile of renovation waste there that would have been pretty easy to just add to) felt like a good illustration of the general sense of care that was taken.

Final result looks like a rushed job, lacks attention to detail.Edit: I payed 50% deposit with the full balance to be paid at the completion of the job. The work was terrible and the colour is nothing like what was discussed and promised.

I contacted MFS for polishing my old house floor and guys came up with plan and done the job with excellent finishing even I can’t imaging new look of the floor. The job absolutely within my budget and quality of work excellent. Highly recommended.
