This is my happy place. This gym and these people have helped me to become stronger in body and in mind. Thoroughly recommend this team to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and health. New Breed has provided me with a perfect balance of challenge and support, and this has helped me achieve gains in strength and skills that were unimaginable when I first walked in their door.

New Breed really is a whole new era of fitness and health. Their whole ethos is built on teamwork, togetherness and inclusivity. No matter who you are, what you do, how you look or your skill level, New Breed’s ability to bring out the best in all of their clients in a non-judgemental and supportive way is unlike any other environment I’ve ever experienced.I dislike everything about toxic gym culture; and I could never see myself being one of THOSE people that attended the gym multiple times a week. I couldn’t think of anything worse than going to a gym full of mirrors and shared machines, not knowing the people around you, and not having a clue what you’re doing. New Breed is not that kind of gym.I think it’s safe to say I was far from feeling my best when I saw a New Breed post pop up on my Facebook page at 10.30pm one evening.Usually I don’t pay attention to ads, especially for gyms, but this one made me stop. Before I knew it, I was typing away a message that started with “I’m probably going to regret this tomorrow, but...” The reply I got was “you’re definitely not going to regret this!” Little did I know just how right they were.Despite pre-existing injuries, despite not having moved since lockdown began, and despite the stuff happening in my personal life, as soon as I set foot in New Breed, I knew I was home.The gym has been my sanity and solace through some major life events. The support, encouragement and ability to brighten even the crappiest day has literally changed my life.I joined New Breed for the fitness, but I never knew I’d be finding a family.

Great people, awesome vibe. Def not your normal kind of gym, lots of whole body movements rather than specific exercises, decent variety of classes and best of all- a bouldering wall
