We rented one of the apartment in Hurstville. We did end of lease cleaning but still they charged us 750$ for cleaning. There was a dryer in apartment which we never had to use it they said it’s not cleaned. Also they wanted to charged us for whole carpet which was dirty even before we move. We had a proof so they couldn’t charge us for carpet. They charged us even remote battery and kitchen sink strainer which cost just 1 or 2 dollars. They charged 150$ for that. Christine is very unprofessional and rude. Very bad experience. I wish I can give you zero star.

I have my properties listed with Christine.Her efforts go above and beyond.Very efficient in her management skills.Over the years Christine has handled both me and my tenants in the most professional way.I cannot express how happy and grateful I am with Christine as she always attends to my situation whenever needed.She is always responsive and just gets the job done.Very hard to find such professionalism in real estate these days.Me being a pedantic landlord she really knows how to deal with me.I highly recommend.
