Pros: They have some sort of arrangement with the school where I believe the schools get commission.Cons: Expensive, slow delivery, little to no return policy.Verdict: Try shop around, you'd save heaps.

Such a pity when phoning campion the on hold information about how they support disadvantaged kids etc is a load of rubbish. I ordered the wrong book for my son, my error, but because I have called after the 15/2 (5 days late) they will not issue an exchange or refund. I had previously called but hung up after being on hold for so long. The book is unused and to reorder it is $90 plus delivery. I am from a rural area, not near any stores, a little compassion would have been nice.

Totally overpriced (for example the scientific calculator on the school booklist was $27 from campion and the identical product was on the shelves at officeworks for $17 !!!!) It’s absolutely outrageous.

Very well organised. This is our 3rd year now purchasing our children's books. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always busy here this time of the year. Well done by the staff though.Denise

They take your money when they don't have books in stock. You have to reach out yourself and this is horrible customer service. I wouldn't even give one star. Absolutely awful. Next time maybe say the books are out of stock? Waited literal months. One of my friends still doesn't have her book after 3-4 months and the teacher had to photocopy poems so she's able to sit her assessment. Then by the time the book does arrive, she won't need it anymore. Rubbish. And they don't offer refunds unless the book is damaged.

Lovely service at Campion store. The lady redirected us to the Campion V hotline to discuss our delivery arrangement. Katie was the most amazing person ever, and honestly the best phone experience I have had. She thoroughly discussed the options and gave us the best way to move forward to fix it.This information may help many more people which I learnt today- if your books are being delivered on the 25th of Jan with your schools allocated time you can spend five dollars more to get it delivered in the next 5 to 7 business daysOverall great experience and a big raise should be given to Katie! She is amazing
