Cuts and Colour

Wouldn't provide a refund for products that weren't actually needed for my hair (gave false information). They told me they didn't have to give a refund, even though they don't make you aware of this at purchase and they didn't have this advertised anywhere to make consumers aware of this. They also refused to dye my hair even though when I booked my appointment i was told it would be done!!Would never ever recommend!!Much better hair salons at highpoint make sure to avoid this one!!!

Worst haircut service I ever got in my life....seriously.Never in my life I had such a bad customer serviceThe girl who cut my hair took literally like 4 minutes, no attention to details , no attention to basic.....I paid 28 bucks for 4 minutes and in return got a bad haircut.The girl who cut my hair was medium height , black hairs , average body, overloaded with makeup, no skills and a angry face.God ! I wish I would have asked for a refund.....

A huge thank you to Beba for my balayage transformation! After 5 yrs of brunette and too scared to go blonde from a different bad salon experience, I put my trust in Beba and was not disappointed! She also does fantastic blowwaves that last a good week.

Was recommended by a few friends to go in and get hair cut by Leanne. Loved the cut, very happy with her professionalism and cut. Went back to find out Leanne had left and had a tall blonde girl cut my hair instead. Very disappointed, I think she is also the manager. Never going back.

Very disappointed with the Asian guy hairdresser, His name is Eric. I have been to this shop a few times and were happy with the Asian lady hairdresser, so I recommended my sister and grandma to try. On Sunday I took them to the shop to have hair cut. a lady hairdresser served my grandma. and the Asian guy hairdresser served me and my sister. When he cut my hair, he was a bit rough in moving my head, and cut my hair very quick, at the end he didn't bother to hold a mirror to show me the back of my head. (normally after the hair cut, hairdresser will hold a mirror to show the back of your head. so you can see how well they cut, which you can't see from the front mirror). Most of the time, they will offer to style your hair, but he didn't. Totally no service. For my sister, she came out with a sad face and cried complaining about the guy. she said Eric was rude and rough in pulling her hair. My sister is a soft person and she didn't fight back. she told me she asked Eric to cut a bit shorter, but he yelled back at my sister, how much shorter you want

came to get my hair just washed and styled nothing too crazy, don’t understand why the asian lady hair dresser had to make so many comments about the colour of my hair or how dead it was, saying that i should dye it back to brown .. the white lady with the horrible soccer mum haircut kept talking down on me aswell lmaoo

Got a haircut and colour and was so disappointed with the outcome. Went home and saw the results and was so unhappy, called the store that day and was asked to come in the next day to discuss the problem. Nothing was resolved and was sent home again leaving me to fix my hair my self. With the money I paid it was not the result that I wanted. Would not go back again.

Walked past and did a random request to get hair coloured,Washed and blow dried:Ended up with a lovely lady by the name of Beba. She recommended colours that she thought would suit my skin tone with confidence and she nailed it. It was quick and my hair is looks soooooo good! Thanks Beba!! I’ve recommend you to my friends who saw my hair and asked for who did my hair! X

I have been cutting and treating my hair here for over 5 years and Beba is the best! She truly understands about all types of hair and is very quick and efficient!Specially having curly hair, is it’s super difficult to find someone that understands how to cut it and she is spot on!
