Trutrack Suspension

Forget tyre fitters that don't know what they're doing. TruTrac absolutely transformed my car.They charge, but for good reason. Will be dealing exclusively with them for any suspension or alignment work. Ralf and Adrian are fine and friendly gentlemen.

Recommend by a friend who has been coming here for a long time. In short absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend Trutrack enough. There are a lot of great people out there who do what they do. But these guys are just that much better. Even the way they handled my fussiness (I'll get better one day I promise!) The difference is they really hone in on the detail. I needed an alignment and also final tuning on some parts I installed to fix two issues. The difference after they did their work is amazing. What they do in the window of adjustments is really telling. I happened to overhear Ralph and Adrian discussing final settings on my car and the detail they go in to - impressive. And for the care of my car. I've experienced many great workshops do excellent work then mess that up with the actual handling of my car eg smack an expensive body kit against their driveway because they got flustered by some traffic. I happened to be walking to their shop to collect my car, I was just before the last corner to turn on to their street and saw Adrian coming back from test drive. He did not see me. Traffic everywhere as peak hour. Yet he drove passively through a super busy roundabout which shows this shop understand it's not their car. Again impressive and reassuring. Quality of work and work ethic outstanding. My car is so fun to drive now. And they're really good fun to talk to also. If you love your car, this is the place to have your chassis cared for. Genuinely the best. Adrian and Ralph truly look after you. My bugatti chiron drives better than the first day I had her. Cannot recommend these guys anymore, would give them 6 stars if google would let me. ******

It's rare these days to find a workshop that provides both excellent customer service and top quality workmanship, but thats exactly what you get at Trutrack. Having had other workshops work on my car, only to not be happy with the result and their thats all we can do mate" attitude

These guys are the only ones that I will allow to deal with my Nissan Skyline.When it comes to the mechanics of my car they have proved to be the most articulate and perceptive, Thank you for your great work...and I love to see the father and son team there...

Walking into TruTrack Suspension is like taking a trip back in time, in the best possible way.We used to be able to trust that workshops had the customers best interest at heart and valued that they spent their hard earned money with them.In this day and age of companies only seeing customers as a walking cash grab, Brian and the team at TruTrack are truely a breath of fresh air.This business has single handedly restored my faith in the car industry. IMO there is nothing better than dealing with good honest people that care about their work and have a passion for it.My WRX had 3 wheel alignments with all of them telling me it was fine, but the car was pulling left pretty bad after every one.Brian eyeballed the front of my car for all of 3 seconds and said “yep, someone’s really screwed that alignment up!”He then proceeded to align the car twice - back to back, as well as test driving it each time. Talk about, attention to detail..Although a wheel alignment here might cost 2-3x your average tyre place, I assure you, it is worth every cent. You will get a job executed perfectly and be treated like you deserve it, just like you used to.Thanks so much to the team for such a phenomenal experience. Wanted to get factory suspension installed back in my car (previous owner had swapped it). Subaru told me they couldn't get it, so did the suspension company. Took it to Ralph at Trutrack and he found it in Japan, ordered it and installed it without an issue. Fantastic experience the whole way, through. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had some issues with the alignment on my Tesla and getting my wheel steering straight, as well as challenges getting this resolved through Tesla and other tyre centres. Adrian in particular put great care into substantially improving the vehicle for me even though it took some time, but he was patient and evidently keen to help fix the issue. I'll definitely return in future considering the care that was placed into my car and him being more than willing to help with a report that I needed. Thanks Adrian & TruTrack
