I ve read some negative reviews about unfriendly service. I am not there to make friends. I am there for their delicious food. And it is delicious food! Their burgers are the bomb! And I find their service friendly enough. I think they are passionate about the food they serve. And its in the taste and quality.

If you want the nicest takeaway don't go any further than cafe 53 Wollongbar, food is lovely and hot and cooked when you order, don't go any other places for my takeaway.

My son and myself work at Tafe and buy our smoko from there often. High quality food great staff polite and friendly service. Very clean highly recommend.

Been coming here for years, very consistent quality. I usually get a Traditional burger and some potato scallops. Everything is so fresh and well made. Much better quality burgers than the place in the Main Street in Alstonville. Not much seating and all of it is outside so might be difficult to eat here in bad weather. They also make their own meat pies and sausage rolls. I haven’t tried those yet but they look very nice. Keep up the good work!

If you like being dictated to by an opinionated loud mouth, go here. You'd be hard pressed hard to find anyone more full of themselves than the guy that calls himself The Boss" of this place. If only he could cook as good as he talks....."

I'm sorry to say, but If I hadn't gotten home before realising, I'd have taken my coffee back. Was scolding hot, burning my mouth, so hot in fact there was no froth on my latte, just a thick skin that continued to form, it was not drinkable. If you are charging $4 for a small coffee, then at least have some simple training in making coffee. 60 degrees max temp, steam tip just below surface of the milk. Elderly lady was very nice, just obviously never been trained on the machine.
