Teagan was absolutely amazing she made me feel comfortable and told some funny relatable stories so it wasn’t awkward like it is at the dentist I was so happy with my experience there I wanted to give everyone there a hug thanks so Teagan xx

The initial consultation process was fairly simple and I was in and out within 25 minutes. Ashlee and the team were very informative. Just gotta wait for the retainers to rock up now.

The team in the shop were great... however the overall business is unorganised - I was miss quoted twice and now after paying for the aligners they refuse to give me a simple receipt - for the past month I’ve been on the phone on the email, and I still don’t have a simple receipt. Their admin is not based in Australia and getting any information from them is a nightmare.So unorganised!*6 weeks later - still can’t get someone to send me a receipt - crazy unorganised

When I had my consult and paid my fee upfront I was told I could have nighttime aligners. Then they sent me everyday aligners without informing me, when I figured it out months in and asked what happened they stated “you were declined nighttime”. They have been one of the worst companies to liaise with, no compensation for lack of communication given I only went with them due to the convenience of the nighttime option. Would not recommend.

Ellen and co were fantastic to deal with, very funny and tolerable of my relentless quoting of The Simpsons episodes from twenty years ago. All my questions were answered and they were super understanding about my extremely wet mouth breaking their 3D mouth scanner thingo. No issues.

I had an appointment today at Kotara with Teagan and it went really well. She answered all my questions and did the imaging process was fairly quick and they showed me the images after, double checking what I wanted from the process. Thanks you Teagan for the help today

Honestly I have not had a better experience ever in my life. The customer service of Ashlee at the Kotara shop was life changing. She was so warm and lovely. Made me feel completely comfortable. Answered all my questions and even took extra time to have a chat afterwards. It honestly made me want to stay there longer!! Even the other girls at the front were exactly the same. 10/10 service. I would definitely recommend the Kotara shop. One happy customer here!!
